Cyber Crime Protection
Green Eecco Zambia employs industry-standard security measures to protect all users against cyber crime, including unauthorized access, data breaches, identity theft, and malicious attacks. All transactions are encrypted and continuously monitored.
Fraud Prevention
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activities. All payments are processed through verified gateways. Users found engaging in fraudulent transactions, fake listings, or financial scams will be permanently banned and reported to Zambian authorities.
Anti-Harassment
Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or targeted attacks against any user are strictly prohibited. This includes cyberbullying, stalking, doxxing, and any form of repeated unwanted contact. Violators face immediate account suspension.
No Nudity or Sexual Content
All forms of nudity, sexual content, pornographic material, and sexually suggestive imagery are strictly forbidden across all programs, posts, messages, and uploads. Any violation results in immediate content removal and account termination.
No Inappropriate Language or Text
Hate speech, profanity, abusive language, discriminatory text, offensive messages, and sexually explicit language are prohibited in all forms of communication — including posts, comments, messages, product descriptions, and community feeds.
User Data Protection
All user personal data is encrypted, securely stored, and never shared with third parties without explicit consent. We comply with Zambian data protection regulations. Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their data at any time.
Enforcement & Reporting
• Violations are reviewed within 24 hours of reporting.
• Depending on severity, actions include: content removal, warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban.
• Serious violations (fraud, cyber crime, exploitation) are reported to the Zambia Police Service Cyber Crime Unit.
• Users can appeal enforcement actions by contacting our support team via WhatsApp.
